Culinary Knowledge is fundamental. This course will include an innovative industry training. The certification will equip you with crucial knowledge and provide current resources focused on culinary with technology as a back of house worker or manager. It will support front of house workers and will provide much needed culinary knowledge through technology as you enter the hospitality industry.  At the end of this course, trainees should be able to apply the knowledge of current culinary fundamentals and how to put this information into common practices in a professional kitchens and other businesses.
